Carpe Diem Designers

Our designers are an essential part of the Carpe Diem ecosystem. As members of our creative team, they have a unique opportunity to help grow the agency while increasing their own earnings. This referral program is designed as an added benefit, encouraging our designers to bring in new business from their networks. Rather than taking on solo projects, they can introduce opportunities that strengthen Carpe Diem’s collective success. If a designer departs from the organization, their eligibility for ongoing commissions will conclude at the end of the existing payout cycle.

As an Ambassador, your role extends beyond making introductions. We ask that you:

• Represent Carpe Diem with integrity, passion, and enthusiasm.

• Introduce us to brands and individuals who align with our values and mission.

• Share and amplify our work through your network, including social media and industry engagements.

• Participate in periodic check-ins, including Biannual Vision Summits, to stay connected and aligned.

By engaging authentically and consistently, you help build the trust and credibility that fuel successful long-term partnerships.

Referring a client is a simple yet structured process to ensure smooth collaboration:

1. Submit a Referral – Use your dedicated referral link to provide opportunity details, relationship guidance, and participation preferences.

2. Introductory Email – Send a warm introduction to the prospective client (we’ll provide templates for guidance).

3. Track Progress – Monitor the status of your referrals and stay connected to your contacts throughout the lifetime of our work together. 

Your involvement doesn’t stop at making an introduction. You help shape how the relationship unfolds and determine how hands-on you want to be in the process.
